Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through the designated scheduling platform. Payment (or deposit, if offered) is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Clients will receive a confirmation email with session details and preparation materials (if applicable). Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Sessions canceled with notice less than 24 hours, or missed without notice, will be forfeited and assessed a "no show" fee.
